Privacy Policy

Brainrot Gaming ("we", "the site") is a static website. This page explains, in plain language, what data is and isn't collected when you visit brainrotgaming.com.

What we collect

Very little, because there's very little to collect:

  • No accounts. We don't offer registration, so we never ask for your name, email, or password to play games.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and debugging. We don't sell or mine this data.
  • Local storage. Some games save your progress in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device; we can't see it. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic — which pages get visited, how long people stay, and roughly where visitors arrive from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data under Google's Privacy Policy. We use it only in aggregate; we don't use it to identify individual visitors.

Third-party games and content

Nothing loads from a third party until you press the play button on a game page. When you do, the game may load from GameDistribution or GamePix — the two third-party game platforms currently in use on this site. From that point on, whatever happens inside the game frame is covered by that platform's own privacy policy. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies inside the game frame for gameplay, analytics, or advertising purposes, and games may include ads served by the platform or the developer. We encourage you to read their policies:

Cookies

Beyond the cookies Google Analytics sets for the traffic measurement described above, the site itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party game providers may use cookies or similar technologies inside their embedded games for gameplay, advertising, or analytics purposes, subject to their own policies linked above.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we have no accounts and no forms beyond a contact option, there is no personal data for us to hold.

Changes

If we ever add features that change what's collected (for example, advertising on the site itself), we will update this page before those features go live.
