DMCA & Content Removal Policy

Brainrot Gaming respects the intellectual property rights of game developers and publishers. This page explains how games appear on this site and how rights holders can request a removal.
How games appear on this site
Our servers do not host, store, copy, or re-upload any game files. Some games on brainrotgaming.com are embedded via an iframe from third-party platforms, using the public embed endpoints those platforms provide for third-party sites. All games remain the property of their respective owners, and all trademarks and characters belong to their creators.
Requesting a removal
If you are a rights holder and would like a game removed from brainrotgaming.com, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA" and include:
- Your name, company (if applicable), and contact information;
- The URL of the page on brainrotgaming.com you want addressed;
- A description of the work you own and your relationship to it;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review all complete requests and act on valid ones promptly — typically within a few business days. A valid request results in us removing the link to, or stopping the display of, the game in question. Because the game files themselves are served by third-party platforms, removing a title from our site does not remove it from the platform that serves it; for that, contact the serving platform directly.
Counter-notices
